Kinect Sports:- Is the number one kinect game available, with a 9.2 rating form over 270 reviews. You can play soccer, beach volleyball, bowling, table tennis, track and field, and boxing. You can compete against yourself as an individual but have so much more fun when your friends and family join in.

Your Shape Fitness Evolved, a revolutionary fitness game for Kinect for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Your Shape’s proprietary Player Projection technology puts your body into the game for the ultimate experience. You’ll control the game intuitively with your voice and body as you create your desired fitness experience. Choose a personal trainer to help you meet your specific fitness goals, take a Yoga or Martial Arts class, or play fun, family-friendly mini-games.
EA Active Sports:- It gives a workout, and even corrects form when I am off. I have to be off form by a lot for it to trigger though. It isn't a fitness trainer that will guide you to hit unused small muscle groups, but it also won't be nagging every few seconds either.
Motion Sports:- This collection shows off Kinect at its purest, bringing six sports to life right in your living room. Run, jump, duck, dodge, and soar through over 40 challenges that put your physical skills to the test. You'll dodge defenders and race to the end zone in football, flash fancy footwork in soccer, and work that jab in boxing.
Zumba Fitness:- Find your rhythm and let go as Zumba instructors guide you through 30 routines that will work you into a sweat and make you forget you're even exercising. Featuring exclusive music and choreography, Zumba Fitness.
Deca Sports Freedom:- A little different form the other kinect sports games, you can choose from Tennis, Boxing, Figure Skating, Archery, Snowboard Cross, Mogul Skiing, Dodge Ball, Kendo, Beach Volleyball, and Paintball.
The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout: The Ultimate Workout offers more than 125 exercise moves focused on upper body, lower body, cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing. Players can select from the exercise moves to create a custom fitness routine or choose from 10 pre-set fitness programs such as Belly Buster and Boot Camp. Kinect Action Games
There is only one Kinect action game so far and that is Fighters Uncaged. This has very mixed reviews, so check the video out below and make your own opinion.The game basically charges head first into the vicious world of illegal freestyle fighting tournaments, where you will use every muscle in your body to battle your way to the top. Forced into a secret tournament, the game's hero, Simon must use what he learned from his father, an ex-boxing champ, as he faces off against violent combatants who will brutally unleash a range of vicious mixed martial arts attacks to take him down. No guns. No blades. Your body is the deadly weapon here.
The UFC Personal Trainer was released in June 2011. Can you handle the intensity of a mixed martial arts workout? Increase your energy using the fitness regimen of the UFC's top trainers.
Power up Heroes will be released October 18th 2011, now we have a superhero fighting game with the kinect controller. Fight your enemy and seize their super suit and abilities to use in your next battle, like the mighty Necromancer suit which allows you to control a horde of skeletons, or the Mentalist suit to break into your enemy's mind. This has been rated aged 10 and up.
Heavy Fire Afghanistan Kinect is due for release late 2011, the first real kinect shooting game. Are you ready to go to the war in Afghanistan? Defend your base and lock down the streets of the local town. Hunt down the enemy in the forests. Rescue the hostages from the caves. Sweep the enemies out of the mountains. Fly in helicopters. Ride in tanks and trucks. Take it to the ground and get up close and personal with the enemy.

There are several kinect dance games available and they are some very good quality of games, especially with the body motion kinect controller.
The best kinect dance game is Dance Central, this has a 9.4 rating out of 10 from over 250 reviews.
Dance Central is more follow the moves the dancer is doing, and Dance Masters is a lot more like Dane Dance Revolution. Where you hit the marks at certain times.
The other Dance game is Dance Masters, this has a 8.0 rating out of 10 from 60 reviews.
Dance Masters has better multiplayer, with 2-player co-op on a single console and versus over Xbox live. But Dance Central has a better Single Player and a more mainstream music selection. While Dance Masters is more DDR (J-pop) type songs.
Both games have very different styles of music and concentrate on different dance styles.
Also we have The Def Jam Rapstar game disc is packed with more than 40 tracks representing every stage in the evolution of Hip-Hop, with many, many more available as downloadable content.
